4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery within Spain.

By choosing COD:

• You must provide real and accurate information

• You must accept delivery when the courier arrives

• You may check the product before paying (depending on courier policy)

• Unjustified refusals may limit future orders

5. Pricing and Shipping

6. Processing & Delivery Time

• Order processing: 24–72 hours

• Delivery: 2–7 business days

Delays may occur during holidays, high-order periods, or carrier issues.

7. Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives:

• Incomplete

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Do NOT return anything before contacting us.
Our support team will review the case and provide instructions.

• Return costs are covered only if the error is ours

• Returns due to “change of mind” are not accepted after usage

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you must receive the order first.
